![]() I'm going to submit a bug report as they suggest with the required DxDiag.txt file and see what Adobe have to say, but if anyone has come across this issue and knows a solution please let me know. ![]() It appears it maybe related to NON HTML5 flash videos as I can playback the HTML5 link (YouTube) without any problems but not the NON HTML5 link from the page Flash Player video playback issuesĪdobe quote on that page "If you can see the HTML5 video properly, but can’t see the non-HTML5 video, there may be an issue with Flash Player." - OK Adobe so what is wrong with Flash Player? Disable RealPlayer functionality - DISABLED Make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed on the local computer. Increase the storage limit for a specific website - It's not isolated to a specific website - even the Adobe pages don't work. Click File and Save, browse to your usb keyPortableAppsFirefoxPortable (or wherever you have Firefox Portable installed), then under filename type 'updateflash.bat' (with quotes) 4. And it has to be done because once it crashes any page with any flash in it will cause that weird reload loop (it doesnt really reload the page, but on the affected page the 'loading' spinning circle appears for a split second and goes away and the firefox icon in the windows taskbar keeps flashing, while it does so the entire browser lags horribly). So far I've done the following from the troubleshooting page Troubleshoot Flash Player games, video, or audio| Windowsĭelete all Flash Player browsing data - DONE Remove Flash Player cache - DONE (Both folders have been deleted) Disable Flash Player hardware acceleration - CAN'T DO - no such box appears when I right click to disable the hardware acceleration. I've also tried un-installing the Flash Player and re-installing the latest version but that didn't seem to help fix the problem. I've updated both Firefox and the Adobe Flash player this morning so I should be working with the lastest versions of both. ![]() This problem has just appeared in the last couple of months, I've had no issues with flash videos until then. Has anyone come across problems playing flash content in Firefox recently and know of a solution? I have no problems with Flash in Google Chrome it's just Firefox. ![]()
